Why are green Smoothies so healthy?
The power drinks contain many vitamins, minerals, trace elements and secondary plant substances in compressed form. Furthermore, plant green has a much higher nutrient density than fruits. Plus your body gets more nutrients, which are digested faster & better by the liquid.
A tasty mix – You can mix ingredients that you don’t like (e.g. spinach or kale) in the green smoothies and make them to a Drink/Taste that you like.

„Evergreen“ Power Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 sliced and frozen banana
- 1/2 mango
- 1/4 cup of (Greek) yoghurt
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1 dash of lemon
Preparation
- Put all ingredients in a blender. It is best to put the liquid ingredients first! (Tip: If the banana is frozen, it will make the smoothie nice and cool!)
- Mix everything well until it is nice and creamy and add a dash of lemon.
- Enjoy your fresh Evergreen Power Smoothie.
